Aligned Showings has released new features and enhancements. Take a look at the details below.
Additional Filters Added to the Price Point Analysis Report
More customization options! You can now filter the Price Point Analysis report by price range and number of bathrooms, giving you a more detailed and tailored report.
Feedback Notifications Now Include the Listing Agent
Better communication! When a showing agent completes a feedback survey, the results are now emailed to the listing agent. Previously, only the seller/tenant received the notification if they were enabled to receive feedback surveys.
Ability to Archive Buyers, Sellers and Tenants
Better visibility! When editing your contacts, you can now archive buyers, sellers and tenants that you no longer need in your contacts list. To archive a contact, visit the Contacts section and choose the buyer, seller or tenant you want to archive and click the checkbox to remove them from your main list.
If you want an archived contact back in the list, you can choose to show your archived contacts and unselect the archive checkbox.
Ability to View Contacts when Impersonating
More access! If you have the permission to impersonate another user in Aligned Showings, you will now be able to view their contacts while impersonating.
New Notifications for Canceled Appointments Previously Approved
Better transparency! If an already approved showing is canceled, the showing agent now receives an email notification with the ability to remove the appointment from their external calendar.
Coming Soon: Mobile Updates
More mobile options! Next week, update your Aligned Showings mobile app which will include several key enhancements from the desktop version:
- Set a maximum number of feedback requests
- Add appointments directly to your external calendar
- Extend durations for non-showing appointments
- Buyer names now appear in messages when required

If you could tell the agent WHAT type of appointment is being requested, that would be incredibly helpful. As an appraiser, I constantly get declined requests as the notification does not specify that it is an appraisal inspection request. Just says a request to show. This happens even when I specify and also leave a message at the same time. The notification to the agent doesn’t carry that information.

Hello, when selecting the date of your inspection, you can indicate what type of appointment you are requesting. This drop-down menu has an “Appraisal” option that will be visible to the listing team when your appointment is received.
