Listing Agent Ability to Leave Feedback on Behalf of Showing Agent
Streamlined feedback! Once feedback has been requested but not yet completed by the showing agent, there will be a link in Messages to leave feedback. Anyone on the listing team can use this link to leave feedback on behalf of the showing agent if feedback was received in another manner.
Listing Agent Ability to Override
Easier scheduling! Listing Agents can now add an appointment on their listing, even if there is an existing restriction.
Default Showing Instructions
Save time! Set your listing preferences to apply to all new listings going forward. Visit your account Settings, navigate to the System area and complete your Default Listing Setup.
Show/Hide Agent Information
More control! The Showing Report now has the option to show or hide the showing agent’s information.
Longer Duration for Non-Showing Appointments
Better efficiency! Non-showing appointments can be scheduled up to six hours for inspections and appraisals.
Seller/Tenant Notes
Private notes! Include private notes you want to remember about your seller or tenant. They will only appear for members of the listing team.
System Settings Redesign
Cleaner design! The System preferences in your Settings has been redesigned to display a menu of options rather than showing all settings on a single page.
Listing Restrictions Extended to 11:59 p.m.
Accurate restrictions! Previously, the latest time you could set a listing restriction was 11:30 p.m. This has been extended to 11:59 p.m.
Photo Added to Feedback Surveys
Better recollection! Feedback surveys will now include a photo of the listing, making it easier to remember which property feedback is being submitted for.
Maximum Feedback Requests Added to Mobile
More mobile options! The option to set a specific number of feedback reminders is now available in the Aligned Showings mobile app.
