Do you want to notify all agents who scheduled a showing for one of your listings? The Broadcast option in Aligned Showings is a great way to send an important message to all interested parties in just a few clicks.
How To Send a Broadcast Message
Once you are on the My Listings page, click the Broadcast icon in the top right corner of the listing.
Here, you can send a message to agents with an approved and/or pending showing. After you select the Showing Status, enter your message in the text box.
Once you finish writing your message, click Send. Remember, you can only send a one-time message to all showing agents on a particular listing.
