Have you ever noticed that many fields on an input screen are designated “DND2”? You may have also noticed this warning at the bottom of every listing detail report. What does that mean?

DND2 fields must be treated as confidential and agent-only.

DND2 stands for “Do Not Display or Disclose.” The data in DND2 fields must be treated as confidential and is agent-only. It should not be shared with customers or clients in any manner whatsoever.

Examples of DND2 fields include:

  • Private Remarks
  • Showing Instructions
  • Occupant
  • Owner/Occupant Name
  • Security codes (alarm, gate, lockbox)
