Have you ever wanted to know the listing history on a property? You can access it in Flexmls under the Detail tab. The records go back to around the year 2000, but if you look closely you may find some that are a bit old.
To Access the History of a Listing
From the Details Tab select History.
You’ll be able to select the plus sign on old or current MLS numbers and see the full history of the listing.
All changes to a listing are tracked in Flexmls. You can see when and who made each change from the history section.
