Did you know that you can have text messages sent to your phone every time someone accesses your lockbox? Those notifications can be very helpful to both you and your seller.
To enable text alert messages you’ll need to access your lockbox inventory by logging into your SupraWEB account. You have the option to set up alerts for individual boxes or all of your boxes. Under Listing Details you’ll see the option for Showing Notifications. Check the box that says Send me showing notifications for keybox serial #xxxxxxxx.
You’ll need to know who your cell phone provider is and follow the format below to enter in your cell phone number.
