The semi-private remarks field is reserved for both agent-to-agent information, similar to private remarks, and agent-to-agent information that can be shared with a potential buyer. The latter is where the semi-private remarks really can come in handy. Currently there are 10K+ listings using the semi-private remarks field.
So what are some things you can put in there?
- Auction dates
- Incentives to a buyer
- Recommendations of tile companies or other affiliates
- HOA websites
- Communities features websites
- Information/websites on local businesses in the area
*Always remember that things like gate codes and security codes should never be placed in any remarks section as they have a designated field.
