These virtual classes allow you to bring the ARMLS classroom wherever you are, be it your living room, dining room or even your backyard! Each class is taught by an ARMLS content specialist who will take time to answer questions throughout the session.

Searching in Flexmls – Learn helpful tips for searching, ways to use the map tools to enhance your searches, how to set up subscriptions and portals for your clients and lots more!
Listing in Flexmls – We’ll walk you through the entire listing process from start to finish. You’ll learn about important listing input fields, how to add media (such as photos) and how to change a listing. It also includes an overview of the ARMLS rules that must be followed to avoid violations.
The Monsoon Tax System– This course covers how to navigate the Monsoon Tax System, find comparables, access foreclosure data, and how to prospect and send mailings.
