How we’re addressing violations in 2022
Expect new innovations in 2022 to help lower violations, like smart input fields that prevent phone numbers or open house information from being entered into fields they are not allowed. A smarter document upload screen is also coming to assist you on public vs private document selection – remember if it has contact info, it should be a private document. 2022 will also see a continuation of the fine donation program, and your first non-lockbox penalty violation fine of the year will still be waived.

What is the non-lockbox mean? Are agents required to have a lock box on all homes listed in the MLS?

Hi, there is no requirement to use a lockbox. Non-lockbox means any violation unrelated use of the lockbox system. For example, A non-lockbox violation would be not uploading a photo within the time frame required, while accessing a lockbox and entering a home without permission is a lockbox violation.

If I cant find the APN number in moonsoon or the address is not correct what should I put in there ? It is a mobile home in a park that does not use the mls?
