Is it okay to talk about title companies in your listing? And if so where does it go?
Title company verbiage is only allowed in the private or semi-private remarks. Title company verbiage in the public remarks is considered Inappropriate Language and is a violation that carries a $100 fine under the Penalty Policy. The only information in the Public Remarks should be descriptive information about the property.
When entering title information into the private or semi-private remarks, what are you allowed to say? Recommendations are permitted. For example, “Please use ABC title company” is fine. But demanding that a certain title company must be used is not.
