Do I have to pay extra to use Rental Beast?

Do I have to use Rental Beast when entering or editing rentals?
Yes, ARMLS now uses Rental Beast’s add/edit module for rentals. Your data appears in Flexmls and Rental Beast when you add a listing. Vacation rentals will use Flexmls’s add/edit tool later this year.
Who has access to Rental Beast?
All ARMLS subscribers.
How do I access Rental Beast?
Rental Beast will be integrated into Flexmls when you add/edit a rental listing. You can also launch the full tool by going to Menu > Products > Rental Beast.

How do I learn how to use Rental Beast?

Do I have to use RBs tenant screening tool?
The tenant screening tool is optional, you can use it or whatever tool you prefer.
Will my rentals still be listed in Flexmls?
Yes, listings added to Rental Beast are automatically transferred and are searchable in Flexmls.
What happens with my saved searches in Flexmls?
Nothing. Your Saved Searches for rental listings will continue to be stored in Flexmls.
