Aligned Showings has released new features and enhancements for the desktop version. Take a look at the details below.

‘No Show’ Appointment Status

In the event a showing agent does not appear for their scheduled appointment, the Listing Agent can now mark the appointment status as No Show. After the time of an appointment has passed, you can change an appointment to a No Show status by visiting your Calendar to select More Details on the appointment to change the Appointment Status to No Show.

Export Message Thread To a PDF

Within Messages, you can now export a Showing or Message thread. To export, view your Showing or Message in the Messages and click Export in the upper right to start a PDF download.

Mobile Updates

Updating your Aligned Showings mobile app will include several key enhancements from the desktop version:

  • Add calendar sync capabilities with outside apps
  • View daily and weekly busy time graphs for My Listings Activity Report
  • Ability to view listing setup changes in a history log

Various bug fixes and improvements have also been completed.
