Aligned Showing has released new features and enhancements. Take a look at the details below.
Listing agents can update showing statuses for past appointments.
Keep your records accurate! Plans may change, but your reports shouldn’t suffer. Listing agents can now update the showing status even after the appointment has passed.
To change the status of a past showing, locate the appointment in your Calendar and select More Details. Clicking Edit next to the Appointment Status will allow you to change the status to reflect your appointments correctly.
A new open text box has been added to default feedback surveys.
Better feedback! The default feedback survey sent to showing agents after their appointment now includes an open textbox for additional comments.
Option to omit showing agents from Broadcast Messages.
Improved mass communication! Broadcast messages notify showing agents with appointments (upcoming or within the past 14 days) of your custom message. Listing agents can now omit specific agents from these messages—ideal if they’re not interested or for courtesy reasons. Anyone on the listing team can easily access My Listings, send a Broadcast Message and manually select agents to exclude.
Automatic email notifications for listing changes.
Emailed updates! If your listing has a price reduction or changes from Pending or UCB/CCBS back to Active, an email notification will be sent to all past and future approved showing appointments. These listing updates can help with buyer incentives!
Various bug fixes and improvements have also been completed, including the ability to show Coming Soon status listings from the first day and advance notice requirements when creating Routes.
