Map Overlays are now available as a filter on both the Android and iOS Flexmls apps and mobile browsers. Use saved overlays or draw shapes directly on the map to narrow your search to specific areas.
How to Use Map Overlays
From either the Location field or the Overlay field, access and use saved overlays or draw shapes on the map to create a more targeted search for your buyers. You can access and use saved overlays or draw shapes on the map to filter your search.

It would be great if you could provide area/zip/neighborhood reports for showing volume. The system we had in Texas offered this report so we could determine how the # of showings for the area compared to the # of showings our listing was receiving. Thank you
