Vacation-Ready Rental listings allow you to market a property while choosing specific dates it is available or unavailable on a calendar. If you need to extend the time needed to market the property, you’ll first need to modify your Listing Information in Flexmls.
When changing your listing, first visit the Listing Information section where in the Main Fields you can adjust the Booking Availability End Date. Make sure to save your changes.
Now, when viewing your Rental Availability Calendar, you can modify any date as Available or Unavailable (Rented) until your Booking Availability End Date.
