Have you ever pulled a list of property results in Flexmls but didn’t have time to browse through the entire detail reports for each property? A View allows you to easily scan many properties at once for specific data.
To start creating your own custom View, click on the View button next to the saved View drop-down selection under the List tab. Name your View and choose which fields you want to display as separate columns in your search list.
Within the List tab of a Search or Listing Collection, pre-selected columns have been chosen by Flexmls for each area.
You can manage your Views and even set them as a default for your search templates in the main Menu under Preferences.
