When adding a listing, there’s a lot of data to enter. But not all fields are required. In the Address and Main Fields Tabs, any field highlighted in red is required and must be filled out.
In the Details Tab, any section that has a red banner across the top is also required. If there is no red banner you are not required to select anything.
The data you enter will come from your Listing Agreement, the Residential Input Form and the tax records. Remember to use the Populate Tax Data button on the address screen, which will auto-populate certain tax fields.
