Did you know that Monsoon has a comping tool? With one click you can pull up comparables and get projected sales amounts for any property in the state.
Monsoon also provides you with two reports: Comp Summary Report and Comp Detail Report.
Here’s how it works.
From any tax or mls record click on the Comp button in the top center of the screen. This will automatically pull your comps for the criteria you had set from the last time you did it.
If you want to make changes, click the Add/Modify button, then adjust the options to find your comparables.
Each time you change a value hit Apply Criteria.
The system will then pull comps based on your values for this specific property. You can email, print or PDF the aforementioned reports at the top of the screen.
