Looking for the Section 8 field? In Flexmls, it’s called Gov’t Assist Acceptd and is under the Lease Information section.

While searching under the “Residential Rentals” property class, click in the white space next to the green plus sign to bring up the “Add A Field” options. Under “Lease Information” select “Gov’t Assist Acceptd”.
After you add the field, be sure to select it to apply it to your results.
