Once you’ve got a signed contract on your listing, you’re ready to change the status. And the sooner the better. Once a contract has been signed, you have 3 days to change the listing status. Not only does it help to move your listing along, but it’s also part of the ARMLS Rules (section 10.7). To change your listing status to Pending, check out the directions below. Remember, to change a listing to Pending status you must be the listing agent on that property.
Under the Flexmls menu, click Change under the Add/Change category and select the listing

From the change screen, select Pend Listing (Under Contract)
Fill in the information about the transaction
Be sure to fill everything out accurately from your purchase contract, as this is how your listing will close.

Please consider expanding on the information on this tutorial. Once inside the Pending or UCB tab there was NOTHING to guide me in my selections. Thank you for your consideration of this idea. 🙂

Thanks for the comment. We updated the post to reflect the new change listing screen for easier navigation. As for the once you are inside the tab we are not the best people to answer that question. This information is going to come from the purchase contract so I would talk to your broker on this one. But please always feel free to give our support team a call at 480-921-7777.

During the process of filling out the blanks for status change to pending, one of the boxes asked for the sale price. When this is submitted, will this information become public?
Also, is a Sold/Change form still required on top of filling out the status change form on FlexMLS? Thanks.

Hello! No the sale price will not be visible until the property is closed. The sold/change form is not required when changing a listing to pending. Check with your broker on when they require the use of it. I hope this helps.
