  1. What is changing about my login?
    • ARMLS is introducing a new login method utilizing passkeys, providing stronger digital security. Additionally, this new login method will launch a new ARMLS Subscriber Dashboard containing ARMLS products and services in one central hub.
  2. Who does this affect?
    • Everyone that accesses an ARMLS product requiring a login (excluding clients).
  3. When will the login change?
    • On 4/28, a new login method will be used that requires users to setup a new password or create a passkey.
  4. Why is the login method changing?
    • As data safety and security are top of mind in today’s digital world, passkeys provide stronger security than traditional passwords. It is the easiest and most secure option for keeping your MLS data safe.
  5. Where will I log in?
    • ARMLS products and services will be available at ARMLSDash.com beginning on 4/28.
  6. Do I need a passkey?
    • Not at this time. While passkeys offer stronger security than traditional passwords, you can still continue using a password if you prefer.
  7. Do I need a password?
    • No. If you use a passkey, you won’t need a password. If you prefer, you can still use a password with two-factor authentication.
  8. What if my PC doesn’t have a camera or fingerprint reader?
    • If your PC doesn’t have a camera or fingerprint reader, you can still use a passkey with a device PIN or use your phone to sign in. You can also sign in with a password and a one-time code if you prefer.
  9. Am I required to use biometrics like a fingerprint or face ID to utilize the passkey?
    • No. You can still use a passkey with a device PIN or use your phone to sign in. You can also sign in with a password and a one-time code if you prefer.
  10. What if I forgot my password/need a new passkey?
    • If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it and sign in. You will also have the option to set up a passkey, which is the easiest and most secure way to access your account. Once logged in, you can manage your password or passkey in your account settings.
  11. What are the password character requirements?
    • Your password should be 8 or more characters including one uppercase and one lowercase letter, a number and special character.
  12. What is “pre-registration”?
    • Before launch, a link will be emailed to you allowing you to set up your password or passkey in advance to the ARMLS Subscriber Dashboard. The link can only be clicked once and is only valid for seven days.
  13. What should I do after pre-registering?
    • Continue accessing your products and services the same way you normally do. However, you should remember which device your passkey is saved to or know your new password in order to use it when the ARMLS Dashboard is launched.
  14. What if my pre-registration link isn’t working?
    • Contact ARMLS Support at 480-921-7777 or Support@ARMLS.com to have a new pre-registration link emailed to you.
  15. Does this affect my clients?
    • No. The new login method and ARMLS Subscriber Dashboard will not affect your listings or client communications in Flexmls.
  16. Can I customize my dashboard?
    • Yes. You have the ability to star/favorite your most used products to be stored at the top of the page under your “Favorites.”
  17. Who is Solid Earth?
    • Solid Earth is a technology partner that works with MLSs/Associations around the country providing SSO and security platforms, identity management and more.
  18. Can I still use my saved links or bookmarks?
    • Yes. Your saved bookmarks, shortcuts and favorites can still be used to access ARMLS products. You will first log into the ARMLS Subscriber Dashboard, then click on your desired product tile to access it.
  19. When was this announced?
    • On February 10, 2026, ARMLS and Solid Earth published a press release announcing the partnership.
