The Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) plays a vital role in creating standards that help real estate systems work together seamlessly with their Data Dictionary.
RESO Data Dictionary 2.0 marks the biggest advancement in real estate data consistency, standardizing fields and pick-lists across MLSs and consumer-facing software. To better align with these standards, several fields in Flexmls have been updated accordingly.
