CURBVIEW WILL BE MONSOON'S REPLACEMENT

THE MONSOON TAX SYSTEM WILL BE SUNSET IN DECEMBER 2026

In December 2026, the Monsoon Tax System will be phased out. However, our other in-house platform, CurbView, will be replacing Monsoon. Before the change happens we need your help! We are challenging you to provide us feedback to make any necessary changes in CurbView prior to the switch in December.

WHAT IS CURBVIEW?

CurbView is the next generation of public records and tax software developed by ARMLS. CurbView combines public records information from the county assessor, recorder, and treasurer, along with MLS data, and puts it into a stronger more modern interface to build and grown on.

When is CurbView replacing Monsoon?

CurbView will be replacing Monsoon in December 2026.

Why is Monsoon being sunset?

Monsoon is built using older technology that is no longer supported and prevents future enhancements. What does this mean? There many outside factors that can and will affect Monsoon as technology continues to change. We need to make the change from Monsoon to CurbView to ensure viability of the system for long term growth.

How is Monsoon different from CurbView?

CurbView is built with modern technology and features a new design, However, it is similar to Monsoon in many aspects.  CurbView uses the same data sources as Monsoon and allows you to cross reference tax data and MLS data in one place.

Does CurbView have a mobile app?

Yes, you can install CurbView from the App Store or Google Play.

How do I submit feedback on CurbView?

You can submit your feedback directly in CurbView by clicking FEEDBACK . We ask that all feedback be submitted in this manner.

How will my feedback be used?

Your feedback will be used to improve the CurbView product. We are asking for your help to make any necessary updates to CurbView before the change over in December.

Will I be contacted about my feedback?

Based on your feedback, someone may need to speak with you to get more details. If this is the case, we will reach out and set a time that works for you.

Do I need to log in to view tax records?

Yes, anyone can visit CurbView to search and view property data, but you will need to log in using your ARMLS credentials for complete access to tax records and more.

How can I search tax records?

From the home screen, click Public Records in the top right of the screen to do a tax search or from the search bar at the top of the page enter in an address or owner name.

How can I search by owner?

You can search by owner from the search bar on the Home page. Within a search, you can also use the Tax filters to include or exclude an owner. Within the Deeds drop-down of this page, you can even include or exclude a previous owner.
