LOGIN & PASSKEY FAQ
What has changed about my login?
ARMLS introduced a new login method utilizing passkeys, providing stronger digital security. This new login method launches a new ARMLS Subscriber Dashboard containing ARMLS products and services in one central hub. Your Agent ID remains the same.
Who does this affect?
Everyone that accesses an ARMLS product requiring a login (excluding clients).
When did the login change?
On 4/28, a new login method was introduced that requires users to setup a new password or create a passkey.
Why did the login method change?
As data safety and security are top of mind in today’s digital world, passkeys provide stronger security than traditional passwords. It is the easiest and most secure option for keeping your MLS data safe.
Where do I log in?
ARMLS products and services are available at ARMLSDash.com.
What if I need help logging in?
For instructions on logging into the new dashboard, you can attend a 3-minute webinar session or watch a training video at any time. If you have any issues, contact ARMLS Support or chat Ardi for assistance.
Do I need a passkey?
Not at this time. While passkeys offer stronger security than traditional passwords, you can still continue using a password if you prefer.
Do I need a password?
No. If you use a passkey, you won’t need a password.
What if my PC doesn’t have a camera or fingerprint reader?
Many devices support passkeys using a PIN code or use your phone to sign in. You can also sign in with a password and a one-time code if you prefer.
Am I required to use biometrics like a fingerprint or face ID to utilize the passkey?
No. Many devices support passkeys using a PIN code or use your phone to sign in. You can also sign in with a password and a one-time code if you prefer.
What if I forgot my password/need a new passkey?
If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it and sign in. You also have the option to set up a passkey, which is the easiest and most secure way to access your account. Once logged in, you can manage your password or passkey in your account settings.
What are the password character requirements?
Your password should be 8 or more characters including one uppercase and one lowercase letter, a number and special character.
Does this affect my clients?
No. The new login method and ARMLS Subscriber Dashboard does not affect your listings or client communications in Flexmls.
Can I customize my dashboard?
Yes. You have the ability to star/favorite your most used products to be stored at the top of the page under your “Favorites.”
Can I still use my saved links or bookmarks?
Yes. Your saved bookmarks, shortcuts and favorites can still be used to access ARMLS products. You will first log into the ARMLS Subscriber Dashboard, then click on your desired product tile to access it.
