(1) I have contacted support prior to making this request. (2) A warranty provided by Supra covers all defective Supra Keyboxes in the ARMLS area. Current locksmith charges are between $74 - $125 and are the responsibility of the lockbox owner if the box is deemed not defective. Contact an ARMLS Support Center (480-921-7777) to discuss if a lockbox is defective.
