If you are new to using Rental Beast and you also have a rental listing, here are steps to change the status. You can switch the listing status to the following options, “Active, Application Pending, Rented, Cancelled, and Withdrawn.”
To do this go to the My Listings tab. Find the listing and click the Status drop-down to choose the new status you want the listing to be under.
Select the new status, status and a pop-up will ask you to confirm the change.
Please be aware, when switching a listing to “Rented,” you will have to input specific information on the Tenant Agent, Lease Date, Lease Term and Monthly Rent
