Searching Flexmls by city or ZIP code? Here are some tips to help you get the best results.
Entering in Multiple Cities
You can search for multiple cities at once by typing them into the City/Town Code field and separating them with commas. The same applies for ZIP codes. The cities must be spelled correctly in order for accurate results to appear, but they don’t need to be capitalized.
Combining Cities and ZIP Codes
Flexmls will allow you to enter a city and a ZIP code to filter your search results. Be careful when using both fields together. If you try to combine a ZIP code with a town that is not within it, you won’t get any results. Example: searching Scottsdale and 85050, which is a Phoenix ZIP code, will yield zero listing matches. This is because the ZIP code overrides the town. The best practice is to choose one or the other.
