When adding a rental, there are tons of fields available to include, but not all are required. Within Rental Beast, you’ll find that all required fields have a red asterisk (*) next to the field name, indicating there must be something added to that field. Some fields are open text fields for you to enter your data, whereas others are selections chosen from a drop-down list.
Make sure you complete the required fields for each section. Remember, more is more when adding a listing! The data you enter will come from your Listing Agreement, the Residential Lease Input Form and tax records for the property.
Once you have finished, click Publish or Set to Coming Soon to activate your listing. If there are any sections that are still missing required fields, you will see this indicated by a red exclamation point next to the section name.
