What Is Instant Claim?
Instant Claim is a part of Rental Beast’s auto-match capabilities. Instant Claim is an optional feature that automatically claims rental listings that auto-match to your account, so you can spend less time reviewing matches and more time managing your listings.
How It Works
Once you have Listing Match enabled and Instant Claim toggled ON in your Rental Beast account settings:
- Listings that match your account are automatically claimed.
- Available listing details are pre-filled using connected data sources.
- You will simply review and confirm the information and add any MLS-required fields before publishing.
How to Enable Instant Claim
First, log into your Rental Beast account. You can access it via your Flexmls Menu. Next, go to Account Settings and finally enable Listing Match and toggle Instant Claim to ON.
