Imagine hand addressing 100+ cards or letters or mailings. Now imagine Monsoon printing off 100+ neatly addressed labels with a few clicks of your mouse. Doesn’t that sounds better?
If you’re using Monsoon to do a tax or foreclosure search, you can create and print labels in no time.
Printing Labels in Monsoon
Once you’ve completed your search in Monsoon, click the Labels button at the top of the screen (you must be in the rows or cards view).
You can customize your mailings with a number of settings (the owners name, “current residents”, property address, tax mailing address etc). You’ll also be able to choose from different types of labels.
Once you have made your selections click Create PDF.
Make sure you have the labels ready to go in your printer. It’s a good idea to run a test print to make sure your labels are placed correctly in the printer as all printers work a little differently.
Happy Mailings!

When printing labels in Monsoon, The system is using the street address of the property and merging it with the owner’s city address in another state. I’ve tried mail to current resident and mail to current resident and owner and it does the same thing. Help!
