If you use admin credentials for the MLS, you may be having trouble accessing the MLS for one of the following reasons:

  1. You are using old admin login credentials. If you’re using admin credentials issued prior to 12/13/2018, all credentials issued before this date have been permanently retired. Use your new admin credentials or talk to your broker as only they can apply to give you admin access (please contact them for details).
  2. You are using new admin login credentials (issued on or after 12/13/2018), but they don’t work. You can check the payment status of your new login by visiting https://ATLAS.ARMLS.com, if the following banner appears, your account is unpaid and must be paid before you can access the MLS.
  3. You were never issued new login credentials. Talk to your broker as only they can apply to give you admin access (please contact them for details).
