After many focus groups, submitted feedback and collaboration with agents over several months, we are improving showing instructions by implementing conditional logic to prevent conflicting selections. This will help all subscribers by setting clear, definitive expectations on the permissions required to show a listing. This change will go into effect on 05/29.
If You Have a Listing
If changes are made to listing information, you will be prompted to update the showing instructions. You only need to set new showing instructions if you edit the Listing Information section, otherwise the previous showing instructions will display.
Click the Review Prior Showing Instructions link to help you set the new instructions, a pop-up will display.
If You Do Not Have a Listing
You don’t need to do anything at this time. The next time you enter a listing the new fields will be ready for you.
