You can chose to be contacted by texts, emails, phone calls, push notifications or all of the above!
How many reports am I able to pull through ShowingTime?
There are 4 different reports accessible through ShowingTime: Agent Activity Report, Listing Activity Report, Showings I Have Requested, Target Market Analysis.
Do I have to use ShowingTime for all of my listings?
You can pick and choose which listings you want to be managed in ShowingTime.
You can customize feedback requests through ShowingTime.
ShowingTime allows you to create and customize your own feedback request form.
You'll be notified immediately of an agent's request, even if it's at 2 a.m.
ShowingTime will only notify you between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. If someone sends you a request outside of those hours, you'll get them at 8 a.m. the next day.
Showing agents can directly contact the homeowners.
Agents can only contact the homeowner if the listing agent has granted permission in ShowingTime.
