How Do I Delete a Saved Search?

When you’re done working with a client and ready to delete the search parameters you’ve set up for them, you can do so by going to the Menu and clicking on Saved Searches, selecting the desired search and clicking the red Remove button at the bottom. How Do I Set Up a Subscription? 

To create a subscription, begin a new search that includes all of your criteria. When you’re done, click Save then Save Search. You’ll be prompted to name your search, enter a description (if you’d like) and add it to a new or existing contact (or neither). Click Save And Add Subscription. The next screen contains all of your subscription settings. You can choose to rename your subscription, pick your notification options, decide on a schedule and select a subscription template. When you’re finished, click Save at the bottom. The system will send your client an opt-in email. Once they agree to receive emails they’ll start getting listings.

How Do I Set Up a Portal? How is it Different from a Subscription?

To set up a Portal, you’ll want to have a saved search already established that contains your contact’s name and email address. Once you’ve done that, you can enable a portal by going to the Menu and clicking on Contact Management and selecting your desired contact. A contact screen will popup that contains a list of available options. Click the tab that says Portal and select the green ON option. From there, click on the Invite to Portal link. This will bring up a email that will invite your client to the portal. Finish by clicking Send. Note that the Subscription sends emails of new listings along with listings that have undergone a price or status change. The Portal is a site where your client can view their listings, rank their favorites and communicate with you.
