In December 2026, the Monsoon Tax System will be phased out. However, our other in-house platform, CurbView, can do everything Monsoon does and more. We’re here to help you learn about the new system and get ready for this change.
WHAT IS CURBVIEW?
CurbView combines public record/tax data with listing data from the MLS. CurbView creates a stronger, more modern technical foundation to better support future improvements.

Does Curbview have a mobile app?
Yes, you can install CurbView from your App Store or Play Store.
Do I need to log in to view tax records?
Yes, anyone can visit CurbView to search and view property data, but you will need to log in using your ARMLS credentials for complete access to tax records and more.
How can I search tax records?
Within a search, select the Status of Public Record.
How can I search by owner?
You can search by owner from the search bar on the Home page. Within a search, you can also use the Tax filters to include or exclude an owner. Within the Deeds drop-down of this page, you can even include or exclude a previous owner.
When I search by a previous owner, their name doesn’t show as a result.
Results from a search will display the current owner of the property. However, you can view previous owners by clicking the property to select the Tax page.
