Monsoon is having a printing issue. It is affecting all browsers. Clicking the print button will print superfluous pages.
TEMPORARY WORKAROUND: Hover your cursor over the map momentarily, then click print. The pages will then be correct.
Estimated correction date is 2/7/2023.

You can also manually type in the page numbers you want to print (ie. 1-2) and that will eliminate the issue and only print those two pages for you.

Absolutely! This works too. Thanks

It is easier to hit “Pages”, then “Custom”, then “1-2”, then “Print” and you are good to go!
Chelsea Oakland
Yes! This works as well. Whichever way is easier for you is best.

How do you stop the existing 1000 page print once activated and when are you going to fix the problem at your level? This is crazy!
Chelsea Oakland
The blog article outlines the steps to prevent this issue of printing extra pages. Simply hovering over the map area with your mouse does the trick. The issue is with Google maps. Their estimated correction date is 2/7. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end. It is crazy. I hate wasting paper. We will keep you updated through this blog as we get more information.

Thank you – I though it was just my office. lol
Chelsea Oakland
You are welcome. We thought it was on our end at first too. You never expect it to be a Google Maps issue.

How about getting rid of the extra * at the end so we do not print two pages while you are at it?
Chelsea Oakland
HI. Yes the 2 pages can be annoying. The information in the records determines the length in most cases when printing. I like to advise in your printer setting to make it fit to one page. That usually works.

Printing Microsoft to PDF first also works.

What caused this problem and why were we not notified when it happened? I thought it was my error when 20 pages started spewing out?
Chelsea Oakland
The problem is with Google maps. It is happening for most sites that use that as their maps platform. I’m so sorry that happened to you. I had the same issue. I never like wasting paper. We let you all know as soon as we were made aware and understood the issue. We also thought at first it was on our end. The estimated date for correction is 2/7.
