The ARMLS Data Integrity (DI) department helps to keep your listings on track by sending various courtesy notices directly to your email. We know that dates can change or get adjusted and no one wants to deal with a prematurely closed listing. DI tries to prevent this by sending 10 and 2 day courtesy notices based on the COE date you’ve entered. These currently only go to the listing agents, but soon a similar notice containing just the COE date will be sent to the selling and co-selling agent.
Below are some other notices to keep an eye out for when you have a listing.
- Listing closed
- Listing expiring in 10 days
- Status changed to UCB
