Need a quick way to find reduced-price listings? A custom hot sheet is your answer.
Pulling a Custom Hot Sheet
From the Flexmls Menu, search for Hot Sheet.
Click the Custom Hot Sheet Settings button.
Under History Event section, select Price Change.
You can run your hot sheet from either a Quick Search or a Saved Search.
And voila! You’ll have a list of the most recent Price Reduced and Price Changed properties matching your search. Pro Tip: A Price Changed banner, though less common, indicates an increase in the listing’s price.
