Getting a new phone is fun but it can also be a pain. You have to backup all of your contacts and apps, then re-download them and then log in to each of them. The eKey app is no different.
When you get a new cell phone start by downloading the eKey app and obtaining an authorization code.
There are three ways to obtain an authorization code. You can do it yourself by following the below steps, call our support team at 480-921-7777 or get it from SupraWEB.
Obtaining an Authorization Code Through the App
Launch the eKey app and select activate eKey app. You’ll be taken to the login page where you’ll enter your email or phone number (must match the one in SupraNet).
Enter your 4 digit pin and click Submit. Depending on what you used, you’ll receive an email or text message with a link. Click the link to be authorized.
