How to Get Your Key

There are two ways for a subscriber to get a lockbox key, called an eKEY. The first and most convenient way is to contact Support via phone. The second way is to visit the ARMLS Support Center or an Affiliate Keybox location in person. Please be advised that we cannot let third parties get a key for subscribers on their behalf.

You’ll Need Photo ID and a Form of Payment

Be sure to bring a government issued photo ID, like a driver license, a state-issued identification card, a military ID or a passport. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as checks. No cash please!

Activation Fee & Lease

There is a one-time $50 activation fee to begin a new lease on the eKEY. Beyond that, you will pay a monthly leasing fee which is currently $16.88 plus tax. To confirm current pricing, call Support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there another key option besides eKEY?
Handheld keys that were offered in the past have been phased out due to changing technology. Only the eKEY is offered now and it’s become very popular.

Can I choose whether to pay annually or monthly?
Unfortunately, there is only one billing option. The eKEY is billed automatically on the 22nd of each month.

Can I transfer my lockbox key to another person?
No, you can’t transfer your lockbox key to another person.

How long will it take to lease a lockbox key?
On average, a simple lockbox key lease should take no longer than 20 minutes in person.

Will my new key work with my lockbox?
Yes, the eKEY will work with the Bluetooth lockboxes. You can purchase a new lockbox at any one of our Support Centers.
