Adding a listing in Delayed Status can be a little tricky, especially with an extra date mixed in there. You’re already familiar with the List Date and Expire Date fields. These come from your listing contract. But what about the On Market Date field?
The On Market Date field will only populate if you are entering a listing into Delayed Status. This date is the date your property will automatically switch from Delayed to Active Status. Your property can only be in Delayed Status for a maximum of 14 days. The system will automatically tell you if you choose a date that is past the 14 day max, like in the example above.
Now 14 days is just the maximum amount of days. You can choose an On Market Date for any day between 1 and 14 days from the List Date. The system will not let you make a mistake.
