Making a status change from Pending to UCB can be a little tricky. This step-by -step walk through can help make sure you get it done right the first time.
From the main menu, click Change Listing and select the listing that needs the status changed. Your listing has to be on the market before it can be put in a UCB status. Click Back on Market.
This will refresh your screen. Select Add/Remove UCB or CCBS.

After you select UCB, there are several (11) questions to answer before you can save the status change. Is there somewhere in this help page that explains how to answer questions?
