The history of a listing is unchangeable, even when mistakes are made. The history must reflect the true history of a listing. If an incorrect value is entered, if even for a second, that was the true state of the listing at that time. The ARMLS Data Integrity department can’t change history items. Banners / flags also fall into this category, see this post on how to use them.

This is normally a good thing. You shouldn't be able to change past data. However there should be exceptions. For example: What if the above listing was accidentally entered as $109,900,000.00, and then changed to the correct amount of $109,000.00? This will now provide false information on reports that look at original list price to closing price for an area. Depending on the area or number of listings included this could be a significant number, allowing a report to deceive sellers into thinking that homes are not selling closer to their list price.
Realtor Code Of Ethics Standard of Practice 1-3 states:
‘REALTORS®, in attempting to secure a listing, shall not deliberately mislead the owner as to market value.’.
I would assume a willful disregard of known issues could be considered deliberate.
If the name of the department is Data ‘Integrity’, with integrity meaning Moral and Honest, you should have the leeway to correct such mistakes.

Andre, there are extreme cases, where original list price (which is a field, not history log) can be changed but not the history. The history, which only Subscribers can see remains.
