Yes, you can search other MLSs in Monsoon. When doing a search in the Monsoon Tax System, you can look for other MLSs that also use Monsoon. That list currently includes PAAR, SVAR, LHAR, SAMLS, NAAR and CAAR.
But what if you’re not a member of the other MLSs? Any confidential or private information will show as restricted. If you’re a member of more than one of the above mentioned MLSs, your access is determined by your login credentials.
You’ll also find the MLS search field under the tax and foreclosure searches. Information found in these searches is all from county records and is therefore public.
