If you want to add a rental listing as an ARMLS subscriber, you can do so via Rental Beast. Before starting this process, remember to always follow the ARMLS Rules and Regulations when adding listings to the MLS.
Adding a Listing
To add a new listing, visit the Flexmls Menu to select the Rental Beast Add/Edit option under Products. This will direct you to the My Listings section of Rental Beast.
If this is a previous rental for you, Clone is a great option. Otherwise, click Add a New Listing in the upper right corner.
Adding Listing Information in Edit Listing
Start with the Address and Owner section. Please note, any field with a red asterisk is a required field. Add the address and expiration date, then add any other details you’d like to include.
Be sure to click Save or Save and Continue at the bottom of each section.
In the next section, you will add rent and monthly costs, lease term, move-in costs and other fees or move-in special information.
Next, visit the Property section to add details like Parking, Schools, HOA or Condo Details.
You’re half way there! The Unit section allows you to add specific information about the unit including if pets are allowed.
Once you reach the Features section, take your time to select each feature your unit has. Additionally, add a description to your Public Remarks with any other details or features you want to include.
Add photos and documents by either drag and drop or clicking in the Photos or Documents box to open your computer files.
Next, Showing Info allows you to add details about showings, including open house information and virtual showings.
The Applications section lets you indicate how you are having others complete a rental application. Use Apply Now by Rental Beast as an online rental application and tenant screening tool. Otherwise, provide the link to a third-party application and screening service or state another method you’re using.
Lastly, decide whether to syndicate the listing to other sites and add Notes to your listing. Remember to save the listing once you add or update information to any section. Once finished, click Publish to add your listing to Rental Beast, which adds it to the MLS.
