Curious to know which agents in the Valley have the highest volume of sales? You can find that data using the Flexmls Saturation Analysis Report. This report will allow you to view “top” agents by either number of sales or dollar amount. A “top” agent could be someone who only sells one listing per year, but it happens to be a multi-million-dollar property. If someone works as part of a team, their numbers could reflect a low sales volume because the sales could be registering in their teammate’s name. Flexmls does not give credit to more than two agents per side in a transaction.
Accessing the Saturation Analysis Report
To drum up a Saturation Analysis Report, click on Menu and find the Statistics section. Select Inventory & Production, then selection Saturation Analysis. You’ll be able to select either the number of sales or the dollar volume of sales. Change the status to Sold and select the number of agents you want displayed.
