Distressed Property Reports
The Distressed Property Report tracks the number of active distressed properties by ZIP Code. This report contains three interactive maps: short sales, foreclosures and a map of all distressed properties. Hovering over each circle on the heat map will identify the ZIP Code, and a click on each circle will display the total number of active listings and the distressed sale percentages of total Actives.
