Spring cleaning isn’t just for your home, it’s also great for managing your Flexmls profile. Here are some common items that might need refreshing.
A good place to start is to make sure your contact info is up to date. You can do so by clicking on Preferences then My Profile. If you’re a member of PAR, you’ll need to contact them to update your info.
Need to change your password? You can update that anytime in the My Profile section.
If you have a client subscription that you no longer need, you can cancel the subscription by clicking on the Contacts tab and selecting Contact Management. Select the desired contact then, at the bottom of the screen, you’ll have the ability to Deactivate or Remove the subscription.
If you have saved searches that you no longer have use for, you can delete them by going to your Search tab and clicking on Saved Searches. This will bring you to all of the searches you have saved in the system. To delete one, simply click on the desired search and select Remove at the bottom.
You can delete several searches at once by holding down the Control key on a PC or the Command key on an Apple. This will not remove any contact information you might have stored for the client, only their search criteria.
This same concept also applies to deleting Listing Collections as well, which you can find in your Search tab under Listing Collections.
Make sure your ShowingTime settings and preferences are up to date as well. You can access ShowingTime by clicking on Daily Functions and selecting ShowingTime.
