Coming Soon
➤ NEW PASSKEY LOGINS
April 28, 2026
Your account is becoming more secure by introducing the use of passkeys. A passkey skips a password each time and uses your device’s built-in security (Face ID, Touch ID, PIN, etc.) to verify you. Your biometric information is never stored by ARMLS. Verification happens only on your device using the same security features you already use to unlock your phone, tablet, or computer. Experience less time locked out or resetting credentials and once logged in, you’ll have faster access to launch any ARMLS service with one-click from the new ARMLS Subscriber Dashboard.

Coming Soon
➤ ARMLS SUBSCRIBER DASHBOARD
April 28, 2026
All your ARMLS tools in one place. Whether you need to search for a property, research public records, generate statistics or find rental properties, the ARMLS Dashboard will be your central hub using only one set of credentials with help from our Passkey Logins.

In-Process
➤ INTRODUCING CHECKMATE
2026
CheckMate creates a more transparent, automated, and responsive compliance experience for you. As MLS rules and policies evolve, CheckMate provides real-time visibility into compliance cases, appeals, and communication history through a centralized subscriber portal. With this new tool you will experience faster case resolution, fewer errors caused by manual processes, and quicker implementation of rule updates when policies change.

➤ CURBVIEW REPLACES MONSOON
December, 2026
In December 2026, the Monsoon Tax System will be phased out. For the past 13 years, Monsoon has provided ARMLS subscribers with reliable access to tax and public records data. As technology evolves, we are transitioning to a newer platform designed to better support future improvements.
CurbView delivers everything Monsoon provides and more— It combines public records information from the county assessor, recorder, and treasurer along with MLS data in a modern web and mobile interface designed for you and your clients.
More information coming in April 2026.

➤ SHOWINGTIME RE-INTEGRATION
Est. April 2026
ShowingTime, a showing service scheduling tool, will be integrated into Flexmls. ShowingTime allows you to schedule appointments, create tours and check your listing’s showing activity. This is an additional showing platform you can use independently or alongside Aligned Showings.

◁ WHAT HAPPENED IN 2025

◁ New Media Resource Page
Have questions on ARMLS media? An ultimate resource page was created just for you! Learn more about the different types of media you can add to a listing and how to choose who views it. Included is an overview of photo rules and an option to submit your photo(s) for review if you’re unsure. Find out more about our Preferred Photographer Program and how to create floor plans with CubiCasa.

◁ Standardized Field Changes
Why so many field changes? Besides ARMLS adding new fields that become important or remove fields that are outdated, we also spend time standardizing fields by RESO Standards. This helps format our data into a universal language for the industry with a defined source. When a field is hyper-local or was simply used historically, it may be difficult for other websites or industry tools to digest the data.

◁ SVVAR MLS Transition
Sedona Verde Valley Association of REALTOR® members received access to ARMLS. All active and historical listings from the SVVAR Flexmls system were transferred to ARMLS, allowing subscribers from both areas access to ARMLS listings and services.
