If you’ve got a client interested in new home builds, you have a few options. ARMLS provides two core products that allow you to search for new home builds.
Ultimate New Homes and New Home Source Pro are both provided for you at no additional cost. These two products allow you to search by a number of different search options including the builder’s name and area.
Searching for New Home Builds
You can access these products in the Flexmls menu under the Products section. Choose the option you’re searching for.
You can also use the MLS fields Year Built or Construction Status to find new homes.
